5. SALE AND SHARING; SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sale and Sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our disclosure of personal information to advertising partners, as described in Section 4(A), may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under applicable state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.

Sensitive Personal Information. Where applicable law requires your consent to process sensitive personal information, we obtain it before processing, unless an exception under that law applies.

You opt in by sharing your Referral Link and may withdraw at any time by ceasing to share it.
